Michael Bochino, known for his positivity and shining smile, has earned himself recognition as the March Student of the Month. Michael says he “was pretty shocked when he got it” and felt truly appreciated and recognized for his behavior and academic performance. Michael has tried to work on his time management and his participation in school and believes this reward is his work paying off

Besides the traditional academics, Michael Bochino has a passion for music and demonstrates this with his several music based electives, mainly Chamber Choir which serves as his favorite class throughout high school. Michael loves the community within Chamber Choir, especially the kindness he receives from his classmates. 

Community is in fact one of the areas Michael wants to improve in. Michael is active in Best Buddies Sports and Best Buddy Music and as time goes on hopes to get even more engaged with people all around the school. Michael has some simple and genuine advice for any students wishing to be known as students of the month, “Put in the dedication, do well in your classes, try and get around your community, and just be a good person.”
