On Thursday, October 24th, the Tri-M Music Honor Society had their induction ceremony in the WHS auditorium. Tri-M stands for Modern Music Masters as a way to celebrate past and present musicians and to keep celebrating music. This year, the inductees were, Kayla Anctil, Michael Bochino, Billeigh Dwyer, Maya Gauthier, Khrystalyn Lafo, Cameron Longi, Elizabeth Malenda, Kiley Pienczykowski, Ava Stango, Alex Taylor, and Olivia Williams.
During the ceremony, choir and instrumental students performed music for the audience. New inductee, Kiley Pienczykowski, sang “Già Il Sole Dal” by Scarlatti. Active Members, Harrison Gowell and Caleb McGaffey-Schipul, sang “Break” by Alex G. Mark DeLorenzo, Michael Russo, and Kevin Tran performed, “Don’t Stop Me Now” by Queen. All instrumental students, inductees and active members, performed a chorale. Congratulations to all inductees and current members on this great achievement!
