You might know the famous song, “Bad Habit,” by Steve Lacy, released on June 29th 2022, which became Steve Lacy’s number 1 hit song. This song was originally a single but was then added to the album Gemini Rights. Steve Lacy’s music is R&B/ Soul. Lacy has put out 2 albums and 11 singles throughout his career. Gemini Rights has many memorable songs such as “Buttons,” “Mercury,” or “Give You The World.” 

Overall I gave the album a 8.5/10 because in my opinion songs like “Bad Habit” and “Static” became overplayed and have become a sort of bother to me because of all of the TikTok audios that were created; and I would assume that many other listeners feel the same way. The top 3 songs off the album are “Buttons”, “Mercury”, and the number one spot is “Sunshine (Feat. Fousheé)”. In my opinion, “Amber” is probably the worst song off Gemini Rights because it is slow and doesn’t have the greatest chorus, but nowhere near terrible. Some honorable song mentions that are also catchy and a good listen are “Cody Freestyle”, “Give You the World”, and “Helmet”.
