To start off senior year, the Class of 2026 Officers hosted a Senior Sunrise event on Friday, September 5th at 6:00 a.m. Seniors gathered on the field to watch the sunrise while also spending time with friends. The class advisors provided donuts and hot chocolate to everyone who came. The class officers also made a sign for seniors to take photos with. It was a cloudy morning but overall everyone had a good time and the Class Officers are looking forward to Senior Sunset at the end of the year!

Emma Gorman is a Watertown High School senior who enjoys publishing for both the photographic and the writing aspect. Her favorite articles to write are Student of the Month features and senior-related content. This is her second year in Publishing, and she wishes that she had joined sooner. Emma designed the new Warrior’s Wire display in the front of the school as her Capstone project. Outside of school, Emma enjoys spending time with friends, listening to music, and lounging on the beach. She plans on majoring in Marketing with a minor in Communications at the University of Rhode Island this fall! Emma plans to pursue marketing with a focus on social media and advertising.
