Tee Higgins

Tee Higgins, a Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver, was tackled by Damar Hamlin, a Buffalo Bills safety, at the game where Bengals go against Bills at Cincinnati Paycor Stadium on January 2nd, 2023. The tackle put Hamlin into cardiac arrest and had the game canceled for the evening. The accident had developed a large amount of hatred towards Higgins.

During the tackle, Bart Scott, an American Sports Analyst, said that the accident wasn’t much of one and that Higgins was at fault for. “Right before the tackle, he lowers his helmet, and he kind of throws his body into his chest,” Scott says on ESPN. The lowering of his head is not allowed due to the possibility of injuries in which he had done anyways – but, it is proven that the fault is purely on no one as the tackle was inflicted and done by Hamlin himself.

Tee Higgins has been in the NFL since 2020, coming from the Los Angeles Chargers to the Cincinnati Bengals. He’s known to be one of the best receivers in the NFL, and is a well balanced player. Higgins’ time in the league is not over just yet.
