Prom is a cherished event for the juniors and seniors of Watertown High School. Mr. Rosa, a Spanish teacher at WHS and Senior Class Advisor, reported that prom will be held on May 12th at the Aqua Turf. There will be four different food selections for the students to choose from: New York Striped Sirloin, Baked Cod with cracker crumb toppings, Chicken van Trez, and a vegetarian lasagna. Including Juniors and Seniors, the approximate limit to the prom participants would be 400-500 individuals

The theme of the 2023 prom is Starry Night with navy blue, silver, and a hint of gold for the color scheme. Guests who do not go to WHS will be able to attend the prom this year. 

Students have the opportunity to rent free prom dresses for the dance provided by the school. The cost of prom dresses only continues to go up, and this allows students to be formal at prom free of charge. Previous students and the community have donated dresses to our school to allow for this to happen.
