Ava Stango, Interview Manager
Ava Stango, Junior, is proudly starting her third year as Interview Manager in the Warrior’s Wire. She was featured in Watertown’s Town Times News as a reporter and as a designer for event advertising at Watertown High School. She succeeds well in academics, for she is in the World Language Honor Society, the Tri-M Music Honor Society, and the National Technical Honor Society. At the end of the 24-25 school year, she strides to be in the National Honor Society. Ava also has perfect attendance since kindergarten, meaning she has never missed a day of school in her Watertown District education.
Ava is one of the captains on the Varsity Girls’ Volleyball team and pushes her skill to play in a winter club tournament team. She plays the tuba in the school’s Wind Ensemble and manager of the WHS Band Instagram account. Ava has also taken part in the school’s Pit Orchestra for the production of “Chicago” and “Phantom of the Opera”. She was the Co-Director for the Pit Orchestra for the student directed play of “Fantastic Mr. Fox.” She arranged and composed music for fellow student band members to perform for the show.
After graduation, Ava is still undecided about where to attend college but she hopes to major in Digital Media and Journalism or Graphic and Digital Design.
