Prom is one of the most anticipated school events of high school.This year’s senior/junior prom will be taking place May 23rd, from 7 to 10:30pm at the AquaTurf in Southington.  it’s not just a dance,  it’s a night filled with excitement, traditions and a bit of glamour. Whether it’s your first time in prom or you’re a seasoned senior coming to top off your senior year.  

Tickets this year for prom are $90 for junior and seniors and $100 for guests (outside of the school) this year. Students will have to run for prom king and queen to win. To win you will need to campaign (posters,flyers, pins,etc). The day of prom students will need to be in school for four hours and to attend at night. The food options for this year will be chicken parm, cod ,new york steak sirloin and vegetarian lasagna. Students will have the option to request a song for the DJ so there will be more variety of the music.

Prom won’t be something forgotten, it will be a night full of thousands of pictures and the memories that will be created and will last forever. Get your sparkly dress on, button up that suit, grab your dancing shoes, flash your biggest smile and cherish these moments. Remember to attend and I will see you there!
