Exams

With the year coming to an end, Advanced Placement (AP) Exams and finals are coming up for students. AP is a program in the United States and Canada created by the College Board. AP offers undergraduate university-level curricula and examinations to high school students, and the AP Exam is a standardized test designed to measure how well you’ve mastered the content and skills of a specific AP course. Most AP courses have an end-of-year exam, but a few courses have different ways to assess what you’ve learned. Students are not obligated to take the exam, but if they choose to, it costs about $98 for each exam. This year, the schedule is as follows:

  • 5/6: 8AM – United States Gov. and Politics
  • 5/6: 12PM – Chemistry
  • 5/7: 12PM – Seminar/Statistics
  • 5/8: 8AM – English Literature and Composition
  • 5/9: 12PM – Psychology
  • 5/10: 8AM – United States History
  • 5/13: 8AM – AP Calculus AB/BC
  • 5/14: 8AM – English Language and Composition
  • 5/15: 8AM – World History: Modern
  • 5/15: 12PM – Computer Science Principles/Music Theory
  • 5/16: 12PM – Biology
  • 5/17: 8AM – Physics 1: Algebra-Based
