There will be a shuttle from John Trumbel Primary school to WHS for additional parking. The ceremony will be live streamed on the Watertown Public Schools YouTube channel.
Graduating students have to be at WHS no later than 4:30PM. Caps, gowns, and stoles will be distributed at graduation rehearsal on June 16th for students. All students are expected to wear appropriate dress attire – dresses and skirts, dress pants, no pointed heels to protect the turf field, ties, etc.
Project Graduation is Watertown High School’s annual all-night drug and alcohol free celebration on graduation night. Participation in this project keeps our graduates free from the planned or accidental use of alcohol, tobacco and designer drugs and demonstrates to them that it is possible to have a great celebration without drugs of any kind. Activities include swimming, raffles, food and snacks, sports and more! Entrance to Project Grad begins at 9:30PM, at the high school, and no student will be allowed to enter after 10:30 PM. Project Grad concludes at 5:00 AM. There will be coffee and other drinks before students drive home themselves. Thank you to the businesses who donated food and prizes and the PTO for setting up to make this night possible!
