On February 27th, senior class officers hosted their annual bingo night at WHS, bringing the community together for a night of friendly competition. With multiple prizes and raffles on the line, families and friends came flooding in to support the Class of 2026. According to class officer, Nicole Ramirez, this year was the most successful thanks to not only the individuals who participated, but also her fellow officers: Giana Lauer, Sara Dishnica, Adrina Xhema, Ruby Daddario, and Julia Simoes. Ramirez stated, “This year went a lot smoother because we really put a lot of our energy and time into this event.” Nonetheless, what goes on behind the scenes is nothing short of dedication and commitment from the class officers to give the Class of 2026 the best senior year possible.
The class officers plan to put all proceeds towards senior events such as senior picnic, senior sunset, and prom. Thus, the Class of 2026 officers and advisors have earned their respect for working hard for the last four years so that the seniors can have the most memorable senior year yet.
In addition, Class of 2026 advisor, Ms. Edmond, recognized some local businesses who donated towards bingo night for four consecutive years. These selfless and community driven businesses include Paradise Pizza, Texas Roundhouse, Labonnes, Nonna Lucia’s. Hawkridge, Spare Time, and Sabrina Style. Overall, the Class of 2026 is beyond grateful to all who contributed to pull off yet another successful bingo night.
