The Harlem Wizards, a basketball team who professionalizes in performing comedy basketball games for entertainment, to fundraise for schools, charities, etc. came to Watertown High School on November 5th at 7PM. The entire town was invited to come out and support the team, and there were many locals who showed up. Grayson Ibraimov, a Swift Middle School student, said, “It was so fun I had a great time watching with my friends.” His favorite part was watching the players perform tricks where they start a dance party on the court with anonymously-selected people from the crowd and throw prizes into the crowds. If Grayson could ask his favorite player who is King Arthur or Arthur Lewis, one question would be; “How do you like playing on the Harlem Wizards, and what made you decide to play for them?” This event was held at WHS as a fundraising event, where the Harlem Wizards played against teachers and administrators for the town of Watertown PTO. Overall, Grayson had an “awesome experience and would love to experience another game.”
